Q: Can I just measure my house and get a cost per foot over the phone?
A: All our quotes are in writing and represent our pledge to deliver at that price. Every job is different and we can't 'guess' at a cost.

Q: When I install your Gutter Protector, must I replace my gutters and down spouts?
A: No. If your gutters and down spouts are sound, the Gutter Protector can be installed over your existing gutters.

Q: I installed one of those regular cover systems with the long opening on my standing seam metal roof. The water moved so fast that it spilled onto the front door step and rotted the threshold. Will your system work on my roof?
A: Our patented system will work on steep pitch roofs and even metal roofs. If your home has exceptionally long rafters that collect huge amounts of water, we'll install a special large capacity configuration of our product that will handle even that flood without distinctive overshooting

Q: What if your crews discover structural problems that weren't apparent when you wrote the quote?
A: In our years of experience on hundreds of jobs, we've found that there is often some rotten fascia that must be replaced. We budget for the replacement of up to 20 feet of fascia board in our quote. If your home requires more than that, we'll show you the problem and replace any additional fascia at $5 a foot. If the problem is more than fascia, we'll outline the problem in writing so that you can decide how to proceed.

Q: What kind of finance options do you offer?
A: As a homeowner with good credit, you are entitled to a wide variety of low-rate financing options including up to a year, no payment and no interest. Our lenders recognize the value the Gutter Protector adds to your home and they can get you approved fast.

Q: If I have a problem with the installation or the product once it's installed, who can help me?
